As a Contingent Labor Specialist within PNCs Talent Acquisition &amp; Outreach organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Downers Grove, IL or Nashville, TN. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion. You will assist in the execution on all tasks and processes within contingent labor program and across a variety of key initiatives. This is a very exciting time for our group as we are implementing changes to the Contingent labor program over the course of the year. You will need to bring effective communication and relationship building skills as well as be very detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask. The role will require advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to learn various new technology systems. You will need to demonstrate the ability to coordinate and communicate with LOB partners, external suppliers, and related departments within PNC to ensure a successful and streamlined process for contingent worker assignments. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various new technology systems. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Adaptable to change and able to navigate evolving business needs effectively.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.<h1>Job Description</h1><ul><li>Support the contingent labor organization across the complete lifecycle of the contract labor program.  This includes providing operational support and guidance  to key stakeholders (hiring managers, third party suppliers, candidates, etc.) to ensure the onboarding, offboarding of contractors and compliance with relevant procedures.  May consult on contingent labor vendor engagements including the adherence to risk frameworks, procedures, vendor performance, and compliance with applicable regulations.</li><li>Performs all functions (procedural, technical and otherwise) within contingent labor program vendor management system. Provide end user support of all processes and systems.</li><li>Interacts with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to gather requirements for contingent labor needs and lead changes to drive operational excellence.
