The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive leader with a strong background in high-end residential construction. You will represent Pacasos interests and ensure a smooth, efficient rebuild process, acting as a direct point of contact for our co-owners and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish. You will report directly to the Pacaso management team.   <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of the rebuilds, ensuring all work is on schedule, within budget, and meets Pacasos high quality standards as well as facilitating inspections and making sure all projects comply with city, state and national codes </li> <li>Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between our ownership group and the architect, design team, and general contractor.
