As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>Fostering and managing relationships between MMA and its key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.</li><li>Developing and implementing strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that business needs are understood and met effectively.</li><li>Partnering with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs</li><li>Developing product and technology roadmaps focused on delivering strategic value and business outcomes</li><li>Liaising between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements and maintaining visibility into the broader integrated technology roadmap to optimize solutions</li><li>Experience design - ensuring that interactions with stakeholders are seamless and impactful. You will also prioritize requests and align them with organizational capabilities and resources.</li><li>Customer Focus-will leverage various customer feedback methodologies and qualitative assessments to drive innovation and incorporate the voice of the customer into solutions.</li><li>Monitoring stakeholder feedback will be key to identifying areas for improvement, and you will implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
