This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic recommendations to optimize revenue cycle processes within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine! By identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies, the RCM Performance Analyst provides strategic recommendations to optimize revenue cycle processes and improve financial outcomes. Your Role: <ul> <li>Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, including claims, denials, and payment trends. Use data analytics tools to identify patterns and areas for improvement.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve issues related to billing errors, denials, and other common trends across BOOST.  Collaborate with stakeholders to address root causes and implement solutions.</li> <li>Investigate the root causes of escalations, coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. Maintain clear communication with the Client Success teams throughout the process.</li> <li>Prepare and present reports by generating periodic financial reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
