Their role is to ensure customer orders are strategically delivered according to their agreement in a timely manner, per company requirements and quality expectations, while providing an excellent customer transaction experience Your Role: <ul> <li>Demonstrates full competency of Modernizing Medicine’s specialty-specific EHR or Practice Management System.</li> <li>Responsible for enabling, disabling, and tracking our products and services.</li> <li>Interpret complex contracts and agreements, including customer purchase orders, in order to accurately enter, manage, and deliver orders according to billing commencement requirements.</li> <li>Collaborates with internal and external customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify service delivery requirements.</li> <li>Independently fulfills administrative requests coming in through multiple channels, i.e., cases, tasks, Formsites, e-mails, and chats.</li> <li>Responsible for acknowledging and executing the order to customers and/or the corresponding team, including providing additional information required to process the order.</li> <li>Corresponds with customers in a highly formal and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Makes ongoing recommendations for process improvement.</li> <li>Ensures provider, vendor connection &amp; disconnection are executed following the addendum terms and conditions.</li> <li>Uses a systematic approach to ensure all phases of orders are documented within various software applications.</li> <li>Additional tasks as required to drive efficiencies in Client Services interactions with our customers and internally to create delight and awesome experiences</li> </ul> Skills &amp; Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of customer experience.</li> <li>Demonstrates good analytical and time management skills.</li> <li>Experience using a SaaS-based.</li> <li>A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.</li> <li>Strong interest in healthcare technology.</li> <li>Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs, and exceed customer expectations.</li> <li>Polished phone presence and professional in-person demeanor.</li> <li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li> <li>Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.</li> </ul> #LI-REMOTE #LI-SM1<div>ModMed Benefits Highlight:  At ModMed, we believe it’s important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
