In this high-impact role, you will accelerate customer integration by planning, managing, and overseeing parallel integration projects using </span><b>APIs and EDI</b><span>. Youll work closely with sales to demo solutions, answer complex technical questions, and ensure our customers quickly realize the maximum value from our system.</span></div><h3>WHAT YOU GET TO DO: </h3><ul><li><br /></li><div>Pre-Sales Support</div><li>Partner with Sales reps to understand prospect goals, pain points, and operational requirements.</li><li>Conduct discovery sessions to gather detailed transportation, logistics, and systems integration requirements.</li><li>Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the value and capabilities of the proposed TMS solution.</li><li>Create solution proposals, process flow diagrams, and integration architecture overviews.</li><li>Deliver Statement of Work documentation for proposed solutions. </li><div>Design and Configuration</div><li>Translate customer business requirements into detailed solution designs leveraging TMS configuration, API integrations, and reporting tools.</li><li>Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with the product roadmap.</li><li>Report customer feedback and use case to product teams to help roadmap and feature planning</li><div>Implementation support</div><li>Partner with customer success/account management team to ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery.</li><li>Organize technical resources to scope necessary development.</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise during early implementation stages, ensuring customer expectations align with the TMS’s capabilities.</li><li>Set and communicate accurate and achievable delivery timelines to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in testing, validation, and go-live planning where necessary.</li><li>Drive deliverables to completion</li><div>Customer Enablement and Support</div><li>Act as a trusted advisor to customers post-implementation, identifying opportunities for optimization and <a href="http://upsell.Tier">upsell.</a></li><li>Tier 2 support for integration or troubleshooting issues impacting customer’s daily operations.</li></ul><h3>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</h3><ul><li>4+ years of experience working in a solutions engineering/architect and/or technical project management capacity dealing directly with customers and multiple technical teams</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively communicate client desires to the development team</li><li>Proven track record of SaaS software implementation and systems integrations</li><li>Ability to clearly define and deliver technical solutions that drive client satisfaction and business results</li><li>Experience with system integration design, implementation, testing (EDI/API)</li><li>Native or highly proficient English language skills</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>First hand experience working with a TMS system is a plus</li></ul><div><b>WORKING AT LOADSMART:</b></div><div><br /></div><div>• Competitive base salaries - we believe in rewarding top talent </div><div>• Extremely competitive Equity package - become a shareholder in our company!</div><div>• Loadie Time Off - PTO and sick days without a limit</div><div>• Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans</div><div>• 401k Match </div><div><br /></div><div>At Loadsmart, we believe our biggest asset is our people.
