Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Redwood City, CA, Liftoff has a diverse, global presence.</div>Global Talent Sourcer We are seeking a seasoned Talent Sourcer who excels in discovery of untapped talent and an expert in building talent pipelines, specifically for hard to fill positions such as those within R&amp;D and GTM. This position is a contract role to act as a sourcing extension to other positions. This individual will need to work on positions based in the Americas, APAC and EMEA.  Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Identify and attract top talent for various positions, technical and non-technical by developing and executing an innovative sourcing strategy using the various sourcing tools the company provides.</li> <li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li> <li>Support Talent Partners with their sourcing efforts either with outbound or inbound candidates.</li> <li>Utilize multiple sourcing channels including professional networks, industry-specific platforms, social networks, open-source forums to find potential candidates.</li> <li>Conduct initial screening of candidates through resume reviews and preliminary conversation to assess their qualifications and potential fit.</li> <li>Deep understanding of building search strings and AI prompts to effectively surface candidates with specific skill sets and experiences.</li> <li>The ability to discover motivations of candidates with the ability to ask deeper questions along with strong listening skills to present the candidates to the team.</li> <li>Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, skills and qualification in our ATS, Greenhouse.</li> <li>Use of our ATS and sourcing tools to communicate with candidates and the hiring teams so all information is properly documented.</li> <li>Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and potential talent pools.</li> <li>Develop a strong understanding of Liftoff’s product lines and services to develop a strong company pitch to prospects.</li> <li>Provide regular reports on sourcing metrics, pipeline health and market insights to the talent team and hiring managers.</li> <li>Continuously refine and improve sourcing techniques based on data and feedback from the team.</li> <li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the initial outreach and engagement process.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to support various technical and non-technical positions within the organization.</li> <li>Proven, successful track record of sourcing and recruiting top engineering talent at both startups and mid-sized companies in the US, EMEA and APAC.</li> <li>Passion around finding quality candidates and an exceptional ability to present career opportunities.</li> <li>Technical sourcing experience with at least 2+ years sourcing for internal talent acquisition teams or an external staffing agency.</li> <li>Familiarity with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, RecruiterBox, Gem</li> <li>Excellent communication skills; highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of candidates and management.</li> </ul> <hr /> This role is eligible for full-time (Contractor) remote work in one of our entities: CA, CO, NJ, NV, NY, TX, UT, or WA. We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and New York City.
