This is a remote position; can work anywhere in the U.S.Job Description:<ul><li>Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements, specifications, and user stories. </li><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on various software applications and platforms. </li><li>Lead and mentor junior QA team members, providing guidance and feedback on best practices for testing and quality assurance. </li><li>Identify, report, and track defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. </li><li>Automate repetitive test cases to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. </li><li>Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure test coverage and provide insights to enhance the testing process. </li><li>Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution. </li><li>Continuously improve testing strategies and methodologies based on the latest industry trends and best practices. </li><li>Ensure that the testing process adheres to Labcorps compliance and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and other healthcare-related regulations.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive experience as a Software Quality Analyst or related role.
