In this role, you’ll design high-quality marketing assets that help agents promote products and services to their clients. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop visually compelling, customizable materials that align with a B2B2C model, empowering agents to act as brand advocates. Note:  Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Design and produce marketing assets using Canva (must be highly proficient).</li> <li>Develop social media content for two main audiences:</li> <ul> <li>Agent recruitment: content to attract agents to the Homeward network.</li> <li>Agent enablement: ready-to-use templates for agents to share on their own accounts.</li> </ul> <li>Create a customizable listing presentation (PowerPoint/Canva) for agents to use in client meetings.</li> <li>Ensure all materials are easy to edit and on-brand, with placeholders for agent photos, contact info, and testimonials.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align assets with product positioning and campaign goals.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Advanced Canva skills (mandatory), including experience building editable templates.</li> <li>Proven experience creating marketing collateral for professional services, real estate, or financial products.</li> <li>Strong eye for layout, design consistency, and brand tone.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality materials on time.</li> </ul> Nice to Haves: <ul> <li>Experience in real estate or B2B2C marketing.</li> <li>Familiarity with digital marketing for agent networks or brokerages.</li> </ul><div><h3>Value-Driven Employee Experience</h3> THE GOLDEN RULE.
