Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the solution suite, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer feedback, development and architectural inputs, and business priorities. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span><b>Team Leadership &amp; Development</b></span><span> </span><br /><span>Lead and grow a global, high-performing team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UI/UX Designers. Create clarity of purpose, foster collaboration across functions, and develop strong product leaders who embrace data-driven decision making and customer-centric design. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span><b>Customer &amp; Market Focus</b></span><span> </span><br /><span>Develop a deep understanding of customer problems, workflows, and industry trends through direct engagement, research, and analysis. Represent the voice of the customer in product decisions and ensure our solutions deliver real-world value and ROI. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span><b>Cross-functional Collaboration</b></span><span> </span><br /><span>Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Sales, TechOps, and Support to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market execution. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage trade-offs with current and existing customer base, and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span><b>Product Lifecycle Ownership</b></span><span> </span><br /><span>Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Oversee roadmap planning, user experience design, requirements definition and prioritization, and performance tracking. Drive outcomes related to adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span><b>Operational Excellence</b></span><span> </span><br /><span>Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes, tooling, and reporting. Ensure transparency of product priorities and performance across stakeholders and leadership. Use data to inform priorities and measure success, and utilize KPIs to ensure predictability and delivery across the product portfolio. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span> </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b> </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span>10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary product teams. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span>Proven track record of owning product strategy and delivery for a portfolio of B2B or vertical-specific technology solutions. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span>Experience leading and mentoring global product teams with regional strategies, including UX/UI and Agile Product Ownership functions. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span>Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution detail. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span>Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across functions and geographies. </span></p>  </div> </div> <div>  <div>   <p><span>Familiarity with product-led growth principles, user-centric design, and agile development methodologies. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span>Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance product capabilities, streamline workflows, and deliver personalized user experiences. </span></p>  </div>  <div>   <p><span>Industry knowledge in real estate, facilities, asset management, or related domains is a plus. </span></p>  </div> </div><p><strong>Fortive Corporation Overview</strong></p><p>Fortive’s essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
