Salary: $60,000 annually Location: United States; Remote; Near a major airport Travel Required: Up to 50% As a Facilities Planning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping institutions make informed decisions about their physical assets. You’ll collaborate with a team of assessment professionals to conduct on-site evaluations, analyze data, and deliver strategic insights that support long-term campus planning. This role offers the opportunity to travel, engage with campus leaders, and contribute to meaningful improvements in educational environments.  Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct on-site facility assessments and gather data through walk-throughs and meetings with campus stakeholders.</li> <li>Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client goals and collect relevant information.</li> <li>Analyze facility data using Excel and other tools to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.</li> <li>Translate data into actionable insights and develop presentations that tell a compelling story.</li> <li>Collaborate with Project Leads and Account Managers to refine recommendations and deliver presentations to campus leadership.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and client representatives to ensure alignment and clarity.</li> <li>Support strategic planning efforts by identifying how data can address campus needs and priorities. </li> </ul> Qualifications: Required <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and uncover meaningful insights.</li> <li>Collaborative team player who is proactive and adaptable.</li> <li>Comfortable identifying challenges and determining when to escalate or resolve independently.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li>Experience in facilities planning, construction, or related fields.</li> <li>Familiarity with strategic planning or asset management in educational or institutional settings</li> </ul>   Additional Information: <ul> <li>This role involves travel up to 50%, including site visits across various campuses.</li> <li>Physical aspects of the role may include walking across campus environments for extended periods and occasional outdoor work or ladder use.
