Any outreach claiming to be from Fingerprint via other sources should be ignored.   <hr />      </div>Director of Field &amp; Partner Marketing at Fingerprint will own the global strategy and execution for pillar events, regional field marketing and alliance partner marketing. This leader will optimize and scale a proven go-to-market engine that integrates ABM, field events, and partner campaigns to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth across enterprise and strategic segments. You’ll guide a lean but experienced team and a well-established set of field programs. The emphasis will be on optimizing what exists, strengthening strategic alignment with Sales, Demand Generation and Alliance Partners, bringing sharper data-driven discipline to measure influence and ROI, and setting the foundation for future team growth as program impact scales. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Own the field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and acceleration across target industries and segments, in close partnership with Sales and Demand Generation.</li> <li>Launch programmatic regional events tied to our ABM playbooks. e.g. target-account dinners, regional roundtables, partner-enabled events, corporate hospitality.</li> <li>Drive brand awareness and generate leads through onsite activations and support of the sales team.</li> <li>Bring our brand personality to life to engage and entertain our target audience at in-person events.</li> <li>Analyze, track, and report on event ROI, and MQL metrics.</li> <li>Collaborate with our marketing designer to ensure all aspects of our collateral represents the FingerprintJS brand.</li> <li>Partner with our strategic Alliance partners to build joint demand, co-marketing campaigns, partner event programs and joint ABM motions.</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>10+ years of related marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment</li> <li>Proven experience building and executing regional field/ABM programs with measurable pipeline/revenue impact</li> <li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills: working with sales (regional/global), demand generation, and customer success.</li> <li>Experience working in partnership marketing: co-marketing with alliance partners, joint campaigns, partner event programs, partner ecosystem engagement.</li> <li>Data-driven mindset: you should be comfortable defining KPI frameworks, tracking program performance, and optimizing programs based on results.</li> <li>Excellent communication, planning, and operational skills: able to build processes, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, drive programs end-to-end.</li> <li>Strong communication skills – written and oral</li> <li>You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box</li> <li>Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time</li> <li>You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data</li> <li>Capable of standing comfortably for up to eight hours a day, working long hours, and traveling frequently</li> <li>Be comfortable with traveling during times it’s safe to do so, attending events across the country and potentially abroad.</li> <li>Experience in remote/distributed team management is a plus (Fingerprint is fully remote).</li> </ul>   For US-based employees, the cash base compensation range for this role is $160,000 – $200,000. We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.
