As an Investment Marketing Lead Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our CIO insights, investment strategies, and global market intelligence come to life through compelling storytelling and client-ready content.  You will work closely with the Head of Investment Marketing and the CIO office to translate complex investment ideas into clear, impactful narratives that resonate with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) audiences across all channels and regions. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Partner with the Head of Investment Marketing and CIO teams to translate investment outlooks, thematic insights, and portfolio strategies into high-impact content for clients and advisors.</li><li>Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns showcasing Citi Wealth’s investment leadership and solutions suite.</li><li>Create and manage editorial calendars aligned to market events, CIO outlooks, and content priorities.</li><li>Draft and edit client-facing materials including articles, thought-leadership pieces, social posts, email briefs, and digital assets that bring investment perspectives to life.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and agency partners to ensure consistency of message, tone, and visual identity across all content touchpoints.</li><li>Analyze engagement metrics and client/advisor feedback to optimize content performance and relevance.</li><li>Support event-driven investment content (e.g., market updates, Signals, CIO briefings) and ensure seamless distribution through Citi Wealth channels.</li><li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>6-10 years of experience in investment or wealth marketing, ideally within global financial institutions, asset managers, or private banks.</li><li>Proven ability to interpret and simplify complex investment topics (macro outlooks, asset allocation, alternative investments, portfolio strategy) for sophisticated audiences.</li><li>Strong understanding of content strategy and digital amplification—from long-form thought leadership to social, video, and internal channels.</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and project-management skills; ability to deliver under tight timelines.</li><li>Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (CIOs, investment strategists, marketers).</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred</li><li>Advanced degree or CFA Level I a plus.</li></ul>------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Marketing------------------------------------------------------Job Family:In-Business Marketing------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$129,840.00 - $194,760.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
