This role combines strategy and creation, producing multimedia content that elevates Certn beyond background screening to position as a thought leader in HR, leadership, and workplace trends. Building Certn’s visibility, engagement, and influence, this role is responsible to deliver creative, data driven content across social channels.<h2>What Youll be Doing:</h2>Social Media Strategy<ul><li>Develop and execute Certn’s social media strategy to grow visibility, engagement, and influence.</li><li>Set goals for each channel, manage the content calendar, and define the mix of formats and messages that will resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Balance brand storytelling with thought leadership in HR, leadership, and workplace topics while supporting demand generation and retention goals.</li></ul>Content Creation<ul><li>Plan and produce content across posts, videos, and stories that bring Certn’s brand to life.</li><li>Use tools like CapCut, Canva, native editors, and AI-assisted creative tools to create content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with Certn’s voice</li></ul>Channel Management<ul><li>Oversee Certn’s presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and relevant emerging platforms.</li><li>Publish and schedule content, optimize for platform best practices, tailor messaging for each audience, and engage with communities to build a consistent and credible presence.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track, analyze, and report on content performance across engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion metrics.</li><li>Leverage AI-driven insights to optimize content, demonstrate ROI, and tie results back to broader marketing and business goals.</li></ul>Trends and Timely Content<ul><li>Proactively use trends, cultural moments, and emerging opportunities to create content that expands Certn’s reach and reinforces thought leadership.</li></ul><h2>What you will bring:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.</li><li>5 years’ experience in content creation, social media management, or digital storytelling.</li><li>Demonstrated portfolio of content across multiple social platforms, showing measurable engagement and audience growth.</li><li>Proven experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and X.</li><li>Proficient in CapCut, Canva, native platform editors, and Google Workspace tools.</li><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.</li><li>Comfortable appearing on camera and directing others in content production.</li><li>Strong ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li><li>Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous work environments.</li></ul><h2>Why choose Certn for your next career move?</h2>At Certn, our mission is clear: were committed to creating an exceptional workplace that meets your needs and career aspirations.
