Delivers training and defines measurable tools to ensure associates are trained appropriately. Manages the delivery of training programs to a mutually agreed upon deadline. Takes a lead role in designing business processes and ensuring that all associates execute process as defined.</p><p></p><p><b>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: </b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Facilitates and participates in process design discussions for use as the primary input into training design</p></li><li><p>Works with the training lead team to prioritize training needs of the organization, to define the scope for deliverables, and to develop and plan for execution</p></li><li><p>Develops training documentation around the required project, product, or topic</p></li><li><p>Coordinates process of submitting new hire evaluations to on-the-job training staff and obtaining evaluative feedback from new hires upon completion of the on-the-job training period</p></li><li><p>Develops on-the-job training platform for associates graduating from classroom training.
