This role leads a team of subject matter experts and collaborates closely with Cardinal Health’s GPO and Navista practices to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective care. The Director also partners with distribution, analytics, Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID), and Value-Based Care teams to unlock full potential in a complex healthcare environment.This position reports to VP, Operations – Navista.Responsibilities         Strategic Leadership <ul><li>Develop and implement strategies for drug purchasing, GPO engagement, and formulary adherence.</li><li>Lead a team of oncology pharmacology experts to enhance practice operations through education and engagement.</li></ul>Financial &amp; Clinical Impact <ul><li>Deliver actionable financial insights and clinical educational resources.</li><li>Interpret and present economic comparisons to inform contract decisions.</li></ul>Operational Excellence <ul><li>Execute quarterly aggregate buy-in strategies and ensure alignment across stakeholders.</li><li>Manage communication of strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement <ul><li>Collaborate with Navista Oncology members to ensure economic success on GPO contracts and direct manufacturer relationships.</li><li>Partner with Business Development Directors to provide contract insights to biopharma partners.</li></ul>Innovation &amp; Value Creation <ul><li>Drive projects that improve value, streamline efficiencies, and enhance alliance experience.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Governance <ul><li>Ensure formulary policies meet regulatory, accreditation, and compliance standards.</li></ul>Team Development <ul><li>Coach and develop sales teams on GPO market dynamics and strategies.</li><li>Present GPO strategies, market trends, and economic results to internal and external audiences.</li></ul>           Qualifications<ul><li>PharmD or equivalent degree in pharmacy required</li><li>MBA or advanced business or healthcare degree preferred</li><li>7+ years in healthcare, including 5+ years in community oncology preferred</li><li>Proven success in oncology product launches, biosimilar transitions, and market share strategies</li><li>5+ years in business analysis, strategy development, or business development preferred</li><li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency</li><li>Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead projects with significant financial impact. </li><li>Experience with Group Purchasing Organizations and/or oncology physician practice (“buy &amp; bill”) models preferred</li><li>Relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers preferred</li><li>Familiarity with oncology stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacy directors, and biopharma partners preferred</li><li>Leadership experience in a matrix organization</li><li>Interest in working in a dynamic, start-up environment to help define processes and reporting</li><li>Ability to travel approximately 25% for internal meetings, industry events, and practice site visits. </li></ul>Anticipated salary range: $132,700 – $224,730Bonus eligible: YesBenefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.<ul><li>Medical, dental and vision coverage</li><li>Paid time off plan</li><li>Health savings account (HSA)</li><li>401k savings plan</li><li>Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay</li><li>Flexible spending accounts (FSAs)</li><li>Short- and long-term disability coverage</li><li>Work-Life resources</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Healthy lifestyle programs</li></ul>Application window anticipated to close: 11/5/2025 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.The salary range listed is an estimate.
