Founded by HR professionals, Businessolvers unwavering service-oriented culture and secure SaaS platform provide measurable success in its mission to provide complete client delight.</div>The successful candidate must be able to lead a team of sales consultants focused on acquisition of new clients and upselling of current clients.  The role includes coaching, influencing, and supporting the life cycle of a sales opportunity – from sourcing techniques, helping qualify leads to pitching.  Once the business is secured you will help lead the strategy and work closely with the implementation team to guide the deal through to close.  You will need to be able to teach how to leverage market research &amp; analysis to evaluate the market for Businessolver &amp; develop a winning go to market strategy.     The Gig:  Excels at coaching teams on the following: <ul> <li>TEAM LEADERSHIP - Lead, manage and mentor sales team, fostering motivation, building diverse and inclusive environments, and ensuring high performance</li> <li>Build relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and partners and actively develop a robust pipeline of prospects</li> <li>Partner with Sales Support staff and the Marketing team and successfully collaborate with all internal departments on all aspects of client facing activities and deal pursuits </li> <li>Work with their assigned internal Business Development Resource to create and execute an efficient and effective territory plan</li> <li>Identify opportunities with existing clients and prospects to cross-sell other complimentary solutions within the Businessolver portfolio of products  </li> </ul> Additional Core Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Understand &amp; communicate benefits outsourcing strategy including industry trends, plan design, consumer benefits, benefits administration, and SaaS platform solutions  </li> <li>Provide clear and concise feedback to the product, marketing, and leadership teams about trends in the market and client needs</li> <li>Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and generate contract projections and forecasts  </li> <li>Prepare accurate forecasts on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Basis  </li> <li>Work with sales operations to ensure we are leveraging the right data and derived insights to define market opportunity </li> <li>Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals   </li> <li>Identify and travel to marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events </li> </ul> What you need to make the cut:  <ul> <li>10+ years of experience leading a sales organization  </li> <li>Knowledge of sales promotion techniques...this is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a bachelor’s degree and sales experience </li> <li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling to large and complex entities</li> <li>We are open to experience in both the Private &amp; Public sectors (both is ideal)</li> <li>Proven ability to persuade and influence others consistently   </li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills   </li> <li>Travel required  </li> <li>Relationship building experience necessary </li> </ul> The expected total compensation for this role, with on-target earnings (OTE), is $340K to  $400K per year, with the ability to over-achieve on quota.  The base pay range for this position is 170K to 200K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges). <div>Other Compensation:  If this position is full-time or part-time benefit eligible, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package which can be viewed here: https://businessolver.foleon.com/bsc/job-board-businessolver-virtual-benefits-guide/  Dear Applicant.
