You are not phased by change and are energized to join a rapidly growing team where our goals and processes evolve every day. </div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Conduct 100+ cold calls per day</li><li>Use discovery questions, active listening, and knowledge of the competitive landscape to understand prospect’s pain points and convey how brightwheel can deliver value</li><li>Schedule product demonstrations that an Account Executive will run with prospect</li><li>Confirm the prospect will attend scheduled demonstration, managing rescheduling as needed</li><li>Actively manage your pipeline, keeping information accurate, organized, and up-to-date, and regularly reflecting on key metrics</li><li>Collaborate with your manager to identify opportunities to improve your sales process; respond quickly and with an open mind to coaching and feedback</li><li>Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture</li></ul><h3>Qualities, Skills, and Abilities</h3><ul><li>Strong English fluency (verbal and written) </li><li>Cold calling experience preferred but open to someone hungry to start their sales career</li><li>Grit, resilience, and desire to exceed sales goals</li><li>Excellent communication and prioritization skills </li><li>Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized </li><li>A proven top performer in previous experiences, consistently hitting and exceeding goals </li><li>Positive mindset with ability to navigate change and quickly adapt</li><li>Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools preferred</li></ul><div><b><span>Premium Benefits &amp; Wellness Support</span></b><span>:</span></div><div><span>We want our team members and their families to thrive, and we’re committed to providing competitive, high-quality benefits to support their health, well-being, and future.
