You take full ownership of outcomes, seeing things through end-to-end, and never say “that’s not my job.” Above all, you’re motivated by the opportunity to build our new Sales Development team in Pakistan.</div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 SDRs, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Support hiring and growth across the SDR organization, helping to attract and retain strong talent.</li><li>Own and achieve significant goals focused on new pipeline generation.</li><li>Use data and dashboards to track performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements at both team and individual levels.</li><li>Implement daily disciplines and process improvements that increase SDR productivity and conversion rates.</li><li>Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth, reliable customer handoff and excellent experience.</li><li>Support SDRs in developing skills for long-term career growth at brightwheel.</li></ul><h3>What You’ve Done</h3><ul><li>2–4+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in SDR/BDR management at a SaaS company.</li><li>Proven success leading teams to achieve and exceed pipeline generation or revenue targets.</li><li>Worked for a US-based, or global company, collaborating with distributed teams </li><li>Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent, raising performance across a team.</li><li>Strong analytical and data-driven management approach; experienced with CRM and sales engagement tools.</li><li>Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that drive measurable outcomes.</li><li>Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Experience launching or scaling new teams, offices, or sales motions is a plus.</li></ul><div><b><span>Premium Benefits &amp; Wellness Support</span></b><span>:</span></div><div><span>We want our team members and their families to thrive, and we’re committed to providing competitive, high-quality benefits to support their health, well-being, and future.
