In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end payout process — ensuring that incentive compensation is executed accurately, transparently, and on time.</div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Take a <i>Get Better Every Day</i> approach as you seek to holistically improve our commissions process and look to continually raise the bar</li><li>Own the monthly and quarterly commission payout process — calculate, validate, and reconcile payments with speed and precision</li><li>Collaborate on improvements to develop AI-native tooling and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual work</li><li>Manage inputs across Salesforce, payroll, and reporting tools to ensure end-to-end data accuracy</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for commissions payments — answering questions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring transparency</li><li>Maintain clear documentation and audit trails to support Finance, Payroll, and Sales Ops teams</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards to provide clear, real-time insights into compensation trends</li><li>Support ad hoc compensation analysis and data validation efforts, with the opportunity to expand scope as business needs evolve</li><li>Contribute ideas and feedback as we explore AI-native workflows in finance — surfacing opportunities to experiment, learn, and improve</li></ul><h3>What Youve Done</h3><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in commissions, sales operations, compensation, or financial analysis</li><li>Proven ability to execute recurring, deadline-driven processes with accuracy and consistency</li><li>Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL for data validation</li><li>Experience using AI tooling to drive efficiency in day-to-day work</li><li>Experience with Salesforce reporting and compensation or HRIS tools (e.g., Rippling) is a plus</li><li>Clear, confident communicator — able to explain logic and calculations to non-financial audiences</li><li>Demonstrated ownership mindset and cross-functional collaboration</li></ul><div>Brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits.
