Program Schedule Analyst

Key Role:
Leverage your program analysis and financial management expertise to support the development, assessment, and monitoring of complex construction and infrastructure project schedules across multiple workstreams. Collaborate with engineers, program
managers, and government stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment, milestone tracking, and performance forecasting. Support development and maintenance of program and construction project schedules by working closely with planners, program managers, and stakeholders to gather accurate project timeline inputs. Analyze project dependencies, milestone progress, and scheduling impacts using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint, and identify risk areas and propose solutions. Provide data-driven inputs to facilitate programmatic decisions within the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) framework. Lead schedule-dependent financial assessments and forecasting for project prioritization, including risk mitigation planning. Facilitate cross-functional meetings with engineers, schedulers, IT, and finance personnel to review schedule status and planning assumptions. Create executive-level visualizations and dashboards to communicate scheduling insights and decision support data to senior leadership. Collaborate with program managers to ensure alignment of projected construction timelines with budget formulation and procurement milestones.

Basic Qualifications:   

  • 3+ years of experience in project scheduling support, program analysis, or financial management for large-scale programs impacts to program timelines
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint or Microsoft Project
  • Experience briefing senior leaders and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to conduct critical path analysis, track milestone progress, and forecast
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelors degree

Additional Qualifications:   

  • Experience supporting infrastructure programs, military construction, or federal planning initiatives
  • Experience with PPBE processes
  • Experience supporting program or project management activities
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Milestones Professional, or similar
  • Possession of strong communication skills
  • PMP Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
