<ul><li>Schedule and organize learning engagements for internal teams, partners, and customers, including large-scale events.</li><li>Act as the liaison between our team (LS&amp;P) and Shared Services to coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person training.</li><li>Assist program managers in engaging with customers and partners to ensure their needs are met.</li><li>Analyze data and gather insights to inform future projects and improve learning programs.</li><li>Collaborate with the Learning Solutions Specialist (LSS) to deliver customized learning paths for customers.
