This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system problems, often requiring in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications. The Senior Analyst is also responsible for documenting solutions, contributing to knowledge bases, mentoring junior analysts, and identifying recurring issues to improve overall service delivery and user satisfaction.
